  • St. Louis
    Saint Louis was born in 1214 to King Louis VII and the saintly Queen Blanche. Greatly influenced by his mother, he was considered pious even from his youth. At age 22, he ascended to the throne and ruled France justly, helping the poor and promoting the Christian faith.
  • St. Thomas the Apostle
    St. Thomas the Apostle was known for being impetuous, courageous and both skeptical and faithful. He gained the nickname “Doubting Thomas” because he would not believe the other Apostles when he was told that the Lord rose on Easter Sunday. A week later, Jesus appeared to the apostles again and Thomas made the the proclamation of Faith "my Lord and my God."
  • St. Vincent Ferrer
    St. Vincent Ferrer was born on Jan. 23, 1350 at Valencia, Spain, and entered monastic life at the Order of St. Dominic at age 17. The most famous missionary of the early 1400s, he went on missions to every Spanish province while also spreading the Word in England, Ireland, Scotland, Flanders, and Germany. He died on April 5, 1419.
