  • St. Cecilia
    St. Cecilia, virgin and martyr, is the patroness of music. Legend has it that while she was being wed, she heard beautiful music coming from heaven. Her husband respected her vow of virginity and was converted, and they both died martyrs for the Faith.
  • St. Christian Demosthenes
    St. Christian Demosthenes is also known as St. Gregory of Nazianzus. He was born around 325 in Arianzus (modern day Turkey) and was Bishop of Constantinople. His writings are still highly regarded and he is a Doctor of the Church.
  • St. David
    As Bishop of Menevia during the 6th century, St. David founded several monasteries, in particular his abbey in Wales. He is considered the patron saint of Wales and poets.
